Spoke with a representative by Mr. Fujita I had been in a car accident over 3 months ago now. Driver who hit my vehicle claimed fault, and spoke with this claims associate as well who’ve also heard my statement and agreed they were at fault. I’ve done my part communicating and went to the auto body shop of there choosing but shortly after communicating with this gentleman he had agreed to transition me through my repairs including providing the estimate, waited several weeks thinking that it takes them an adequate amount of time to ship the parts spoke with the auto shop and to my shock nothing has been done on the representatives end, I was extremely frustrated and upset! Despite me being patient for several weeks, I still have not got my vehicle repaired, I’ve contacted him several times through cell, gave him a call, left him voicemails, and email(s) without any response or adequate reasoning. Don’t bother going through there agent and have your insurance deal with there lack of professionalism, moral, and ethics.

I was Involved car accident with one of the first insurance holder..My car was hit in back.My insurance carrier contacted first insurance. I waited 3 days no one contacted. I left two messages. Finally adjuster name Mrs luu contacted. I gave her complete truth full statement. Later submitted police report and pictures. She was very arrogantly argue with me 15 minutes. She tried to proof her client dash cam without seeing my damage pictures. She tried decline my claim without real investigation. Her attitude was terrible. I am very disappointed the way she act .week later I contacted her ,she still not finish my claim. I hope someone from first insurance will look into this case.

Well I only go there to see my PCP (PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN) but the place is well staffed, the elevators are fast and the building is always in immaculate condition the security is always a wealth of information and willing to help you there's parking in the building and handicap accessible. There's no food venders in house but Straub hospital cafeteria across the street serves a variety of good meals. Also handicap accessible with restrooms. Aloha

When my daughter was in an auto accident last year, Alton, guided us through the whole process of dealing with the other person's insurance to getting our car repaired. Rip off!! I had 3 vehicles insured by this so-called Auto Insurance Company for about 10 years. Paid my monthly premiums of about $300-$400. Got into 1 car accident which was my fault. No one was injured so there was no medical costs. Next thing I know, they are not renewing my policy because of the loss. Why do we have automobile insurance for!?!? They claim to have great customer service!!! I guess they are liars!!
